Dear Cheryl,

Purdey arrived safely and is now enjoying the sunshine in the garden.  Off for a run in the desert when it gets a bit cooler.  Many thanks for your help!

Kato

Just wanted to let you know that Kato arrived safe and sound at SFO
airport and is now home with us. She didn't actually look at me once
during the entire journey home, but already seems really happy to be
here! She hasn't even gone under the bed as they usually do and has just
been exploring the house. She did actually go crashing (harmlessly) into
a window though, not actually realising that there was a window there
(I like to keep them clean)!

Thanks for everything you've done - its obvious from how she's been
behaving that she's been really well taken care of and I wouldn't
hesitate to recommend airpets and yourself to anyone

All the best

Ghillie And Aoifa

This is to say a big THANK YOU to Airpets. It’s now over 3 months since Airpets  helped bring our dogs, Ghillie and Aoifa, back home to Scotland from the Middle East. This is just to let you know that both are doing extremely well and loving being back in the Highlands.

You may recall that both had a fairly traumatic flight from Abu Dhabi to Heathrow due to the extremely poor attention given to their welfare at the distant end prior to departure.  We cannot thank Airpets enough for the care given to them on their arrival at Heathrow.  Providing them with the veterinary attention they needed was I suppose what would be expected. To look after them for a week, befriending and nursing them back to health before driving them on what must have been a 1000 mile plus round trip in order that they did not have to fly again,  was in our opinion, beyond expectations. I know that your actions contributed so much to their recovery and in aiding them to settle quickly into new surroundings.

I would like to thank Kelly Hayes in particular for looking after them when they arrived in the UK. She was extremely caring and thoughtful, keeping us informed almost every 4 hours on their progress.  She made the decision that they should not fly ( although the vet said they could ) and that they should travel by road as it would be far more comfortable for them. Not being able to arrange a driver for a few days, she then drove them on the round trip from London to Aberdeenshire.  Kelly made a few friends that week believe me. And not just  Ghillie and Aoifa. ( That’s pronounced “eefa” by the way.)

Thanks again for all the quality help, care and thought you gave us all. It was a difficult and worrying time for us. Airpets managed all aspects of this situation very efficiently. I would have no hesitation in recommending Airpets  to anybody transporting animals in or out of the UK.

We wish you every success in the future.

AIRPETS< YOU ROCK!!

“Let me say, THANK YOU to everyone at Airpets!!!! You all have been incredibly awesome and cool. Please let everyone know I really appreciate all of the extra effort to help me and Tember through our two years in London. That includes quarantine, catching the shuttle, getting me to the airport, and taking care of Tember. Really, there just aren’t enough words, but I sincerely thank you all.”
“Kelly, you have been so awesome checking on my pooch, assisting me, giving her love and attention. You so rock!!!”

Airpets In Hong Kong!

“We are off to the IPATA conference inHong Kongtomorrow!.China, Hong Kong & Singapore are all emerging markets and this will be not only an opportunity to liaise with our fellow Asian International Pet and Animal Transport Association agents but also keep in touch and improve services to the travelling pet throughout the world. We’ are also looking forward to meeting again our Australian andNew Zealandcounterparts who we work with continually. Most of the major international pet travel agents will be there and an item on the agenda is bound to discuss new quarantine laws in theUK. Airpets is unique in providing quarantine kennels at Heathrow and will be able to help with inevitable failed Pet Passport requirements on the spot as well as continuing with our thriving pet exports. Watch this space for an update when we get back!”
